To complete it in 7 weeks: One workshop per week taught twice per week, 1h30min. per lesson.
To complete it in 4 weeks is taught 3 lessons per week, 1h30min. per lesson.

PROGRAM:

BBDC Level 1. Workshop 1

Origins of BellyDance, Pharaohnic Dance, Therapeutic basics, History development,learn to recognize what is the authentic BellyDance, styles, from Golden BellyDancers Era to nowadays, and learn about Amora Shams & Alia Shams investigations on how BellyDance influenced in other Cultures & Dances.

BBDC Level 1. Workshop 2

Learn to do and teach correctly the most basic movements of your body independent of each other. Isolations of the hips, the Belly, the chest, the arms & the head.

The basement of all therapeutic BellyDance movements.

Also you will learn to do and teach the shimmies & hittings of all parts of the body

BBDC Level 1. Workshop 3

Learn to do and teach correctly the Undulations of your body, independent of each other. Undulations of the hips, the Belly, the chest, the arms & the head.

The correct therapeutic & traditional BellyDance movements.

These movements were lost in history and our school has rescuedthem from the past through Alia Shams archeological investigations.

BBDC Level 1. Workshop 4

Learn to do and teach correctly the Undulations in the Space. Space Undulations of the hips, the chest & the head. The correct therapeutic & traditional BellyDance techniques.

BBDC Level 1. Workshop 5

Learn to do and teach correctly the Traditional Traveling Steps. Essential movements all BellyDancers should know for travelling though the space with rhythms.

Some of these movements BellyDancers stopped using them from the 1990's, our School teacher Amora Shams recovered them with the help of her mother Alia Shams specially from Golden Era Egyptian Films and also from 1970's to 1990's Belly Dancers investigations

Important note:

Once payment has been received and confirmed by email by the teacher Prof. Amora Shams, the teachings will begin at that time if they are online, and if they are in-person, you will then be able to book your plane tickets, stays, and visas, but not before.

All students of this school need to get registered before starting the training, filling up the SRF a student registration form & with a photo of their ID, driving license, or passport, that will be send by email once is confirmed the payment.

Una vez que haya side recibido el pago, confirmado por la maestra Amora Shams, en ese momento empezarán las enseñanzas si son en linea, y si son presenciales entonces ya podrá reservar sus billetes de avión, estancias y emitir visados, no antes.

Todas las alumnas de esta escuela deben registrarse antes de comenzar las enseñanzas, rellenando el formulario de registro de estudiantes del SRF y con una foto de su identificación, licencia de conducir o pasaporte, que se enviará por correo electrónico una vez que se confirme el pago..
