PROGRAM: 

BBDC Level 1. Workshop 1

Origins of BellyDance, Pharaohnic Dance, Therapeutic basics, History development,learn to recognize what is the authentic BellyDance, styles, from Golden BellyDancers Era to nowadays, and learn about Amora Shams & Alia Shams investigations on how BellyDance influenced in other Cultures & Dances.

BBDC Level 1. Workshop 2

Learn to do and teach correctly the most basic movements of your body independent of each other. Isolations of the hips, the Belly, the chest, the arms & the head.

The basement of all therapeutic BellyDance movements.

Also you will learn to do and teach the shimmies & hittings of all parts of the body

Learn to do and teach correctly the Undulations of your body, independent of each other. Undulations of the hips, the Belly, the chest, the arms & the head.

The correct therapeutic & traditional BellyDance movements.

These movements were lost in history and our school has rescuedthem from the past through Alia Shams archeological investigations.

Learn to do and teach correctly the Undulations in the Space. Space Undulations of the hips, the chest & the head. The correct therapeutic & traditional BellyDance techniques.

BBDC Level 1. Workshop 5

Learn to do and teach correctly the Traditional Traveling Steps. Essential movements all BellyDancers should know for travelling though the space with rhythms.

Some of these movements BellyDancers stopped using them from the 1990's, our School teacher Amora Shams recovered them with the help of her mother Alia Shams specially from Golden Era Egyptian Films and also from 1970's to 1990's Belly Dancers investigations
